Letter of Acceptance (VISA letter)
As an author or co-author, an official letter-of-acceptance that confirms that your paper has been accepted and reaffirms the expectation that you will attend the ASCC 2019 is available for download. The letter can be used for visa and travel support applications.
For the author or co-author of the accepted papers
An invitation letter for your visa application will be available from PaperCept The procedure for obtaining your acceptance letter is as follows:
- Go to the PaperCept and Login
- Enter your PIN number and Password.
- Choose “Enter Author or proposer of submission (your paper number)” at ASCC2019 in the “Access a workspace”.
- Then, Choose an Option, and click on “Request an acceptance letter”.
- Fill out the necessary information.
- Download the pdf file of your acceptance letter.
Letters of invitation will not be supplied for persons who are not co-authors.
The VISA support
The VISA support agency will help the authors who have already registered and requires some documents besides the invitation letter.
